Shipping Options

We use the following Royal Mail services:

• Royal Mail 48: Aims to deliver within 2 working days (including Saturdays).

• Royal Mail 24: Aims to deliver the next working day (including Saturdays).

• Royal Mail Special Delivery: Delivers before 1pm next day when ordered before 3pm (including Sunday)

Processing Times

• Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

• Orders placed before 3 PM are usually dispatched the same day.

• Orders placed after 3 PM will be dispatched the next working day.

• Royal Mail 48: Free

• Royal Mail 24: £1.99 Free when you spend over £30

• Royal Mail Special Delivery: £7.99

Tracking

• Royal Mail 24 services may include delivery confirmation or full tracking, depending on the service level selected at checkout.

• You will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS once your order has shipped.

Missed or Delayed Deliveries

• If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, please contact us so we can investigate.

• We are not liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., postal strikes, severe weather).

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
